Nie do konca planszowka, ale jednak gra komputerowa powstala inspirowana planszowka a potem planszowka na podstawie komputerowej...

Organizuje gre w Civ4 w systemie PTBS (persistent turn-based server). Serwer bedzie sobie chodzil caly czas, mozna sie do niego w dowolnym momencie zalogowac i zrobic swoja kolejke. W momencie gdy wszyscy gracze zrobia swoja kolejke (lub gdy uplynie limit czasu) serwer wysyla do wszystkich powiadomienia o nowej kolejce.

Proponowane ustawienia gry:

Landmass: Continents
Map-size: Large
Climate: Temperate
Sea-level: Medium
Starting era: Ancient
Speed: Quick
Turns: Simultaneous
Turn timer: 20 hours
Take over AI: On
No cheating: On
Difficulty: Prince

Prosze o zgloszenia osob zainteresowanych. Wylacznie osoby, ktore maja mozliwosc zrobic co najmniej jedna kolejke dziennie (preferowane dwie - np. rano i wieczorem). Zgloszenia w formacie:

W Civ4 nie ma Stalina Jest Piotr I i caryca Katarzyna. Na Catherine ma chrapke Sasannka, wiec wolny jest Peter.

P.S: I was invited to the game by Sasannka, and would like to join if possible. However, I don't understand much Polish, except simple words like "nie" and "tak" :p So if conversations could take place in English/Norwegian/Swedish/Danish/German that would be nice. English would probably be the best ;p

Will you add also some computer players too ? Or just only human players in the game ?

Ok, the game is up and running.
How to connect:

1. Launch Civilization 4
2. Click Multiplayer, then Direct IP Connection
3. Enter those values (all CASE sensitive!):
- Network address: civ4.xpect.pl
- Password: puerto

4. Choose your civilization from the menu
5. Enter a password to protect your civilization
6. Play

Be sure to always click "End turn" before you log out. You don't need to Save or anything. When you finish your turn, the * sign will appear next to your nick in the players list. When all players finish turns, the email will be sent to everybody with new turn notification (hopefully). Always LOG OUT (exit to menu) when you finish your turn, please don't hang on connection.

Caution!! Do not enter the "Your Details" window (where you can change your Civilization name, email, etc.) or you won't be able to log on next time!!

If you're stuck on "Contacting to peer" while connecting, just try again a little bit later - it means someone is already connected and you may not be able to connect with him (it's because of stupid peer-to-peer architecture instead of client-server in Civ4 multiplayer).

If you cannot log in because of wrong password for your civilization (you either forgot it or you have entered the "Your details" window and it became screwed), let me know - I'll kick you and you re-enter.

In case of any problems, contact me directly. Please setup to be notified about changes in this topic if you don't visit forum at least few times a day.

I cannot check it now - I don't see the initial settings in server panel. I have probably changed sea level to low, but the climate should be temperate... I'm sorry if it's not (my mistake) .

He did it on purpose. I am sure we all are on both poles and Nat, alone, is in the middle of civ-paradise surrounded by resources.
