In 221 B.C., all the so-called Warring States are brought together. This is the birth of the vast Chinese empire, ruled by Qin Shi Huangdi. A skilled and determined strategist, but also a shrewd governor, he undertakes actions aimed at standardizing all the elements at the basis of Chinese society and culture; he imposes a single script and a single currency, then he establishes a new system of laws equal for all. He also builds palaces, installs local governors, and above all, starts the works for the construction of the greatest building in the history of mankind: the Great Wall.

A single life cannot suffice for such a vast empire. He sends ships to distant lands in search of the legendary elixir of life, and he builds a huge mausoleum containing the scale reconstruction of his empire. In defense of it for eternity, he deploys an impressive terracotta army...

In Zhanguo: The First Empire, you go along with the Emperor's plans to offer your family a place in the terracotta army. To help you in this challenging task, six cards will be at your disposal every round. They will give you permanent support during the rest of the game or will obtain the Emperor's approval for your actions.

At the end of the game, the player who made the greatest contribution to the Emperor's cause by scoring the most points wins!

Zagraliśmy po 9 latach i świetnie się ta gra zestarzała!
Jest ciągły kryzys, wieśniacy się buntują, trzeba mądrze zarządzać naszą ręką i patrzeć na ręce innym czyli wszystko to co definiuje dobre euro. Najlepsze jednak jest tutaj cudowne zazębianie się punktacji. Wszystko ma efekt domina i jak robimy punktowanie X to od razu mamy spełnioną jakąś część punktowania Y więc w sumie możemy zboczyć z toru i je zrobić, ale gdy robimy Y to faktycznie jesteśmy od krok od Z i tak dalej. Co jest wspaniałe, ale jednocześnie ciągle chcemy WIĘCEJ I WIĘCEJ, ale brakuje nam odpowiednich kart, akcji czy bonusów i zaczyna się wyrywanie włosów z głowy co by odpuścić.

Dla nas gra wieczoru, a konkurencję miała w postaci Sankore i Nucleum.

Wczoraj rozpakowałem swoja kopię i warto jeszcze dadać że prezencja gry jest naprawde dobra;) Graficzny styl przypomina trochę Ian otoola, tylko że ładniej a przynajmniej w mojej ocenie Po powyższym wpisie chyba dostanie wyższy priorytet na półce wstydu.

Graliście w nowa wersję? Myślicie ze ma szansę sensownie działać na 2 osoby, czy tylko 3+?

Tak w nowa. Tor alchemii to fajne uzupełnienie dające pewne karty jako upgrady. Na dwóch jest spoko ale jest jeden problem czyli majority za gubernatorów. Jest trochę za luźno w tym aspekcie, ale sama mechanika jest na tyle świetna że warto zagrać.

Ja mam stara wersje i gra mi sie calkiem podoba. Czy nowa wersja zmienia cos na tyle mocno, ze warto wymeinic, czy jak mam stara to szkoda zachodu i lepiej sobie darowac?
