Chciałem o tym porozmawiać, co sądzicie?Drugie City Games pisze:A concept that I would like to introduce to all Kickstarter backers. Kickstarter is not a pre-order system. By that I mean, the thing that we are "selling" doesn't exist and isn't (in most cases) already in the process of being made. Once the campaign ends, we start the process of actually making the thing.
The dates that creators give you (and me as I have backed over 800 KS projects) are ESTIMATES. They are estimates on the timeline that we think it will take to make the product that doesn't currently exist. This is why KS is not a pre-order system.
In our case, our timeline is always dependent on the quality of the product. We will ALWAYS opt to take more time to make our games the best we can. We will take as much time that we need to make the very best components and game that we need. You should want us to do that! You should want the best!
That means, sometimes things will take longer than we estimated. I would encourage you to support creators in this endeavor. There is IMMENSE pressure on them from backers, business partners, industry partners, and more that really weigh on them and ramp up anxiety.
Hold creators accountable, no doubt. But if they are giving you updates, explaining why the timeline is changing, and have earnest intent behind the project, let them make the best thing for you! This is not an easy process.
